1General Terms & Conditions

2Account Registration & Information

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account on bgd9. If false or misleading information is used during registration, bgd9 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all associated balances at any time.

Each user may only register one account on bgd9. Having multiple accounts under the same person, or multiple accounts from the same household running on the same device, is strictly prohibited.

• The name, address, phone number, and date of birth provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Your account password must be at least 8 characters long and kept secure.
• Allowing any third party to access your account is strictly prohibited.
• Bgd9 may request identity documents for KYC verification at any time.

3Age & Eligibility Requirements

All bgd9 services are strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Account registration or use of services by anyone under this age is completely prohibited. bgd9 takes the protection of minors with the utmost seriousness.

Bgd9 may request a national ID or passport for age verification at any time. Failure to verify may result in a temporary or permanent account suspension.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

8Account Suspension & Closure

Bgd9 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances. This is a necessary measure to protect the interests of all bgd9 users.

• Violating the Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide the required documents for KYC verification.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (over 12 months).
• Detection of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Account closure requested by the user.
• Upon submitting a self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gaming policy.

If a valid balance exists at the time of closure and no terms have been violated, bgd9 will arrange to refund that amount.
